Downtown commercial, residential project nears completion

A new apartment complex with space for a restaurant, coffee shop, or deli is slated to begin offering rentals on April 1 at 118-130 S. Pearl St. in downtown Rocky Mount. “Dukes Properties & Construction LLC is excited to take part in the revitalization of downtown Rocky Mount,” said Colleen Ducker, executive office manager of Dukes Properties & Construction in Raleigh. “It’s in a great location that is easily accessible to the downtown area’s dining, shopping, and nightlife.”
