The City of Rocky Mount wants to make sure people visiting the Rocky Mount Event Center are aware of places they can go enjoy nearby after spending time at the mega facility on the northeast side of downtown. So a new downtown visitor's guide, with a directional map, has been created. “We’re glad you’re here,” the guide says.
