A significant part of Mayor Sandy Roberson’s annual State of the City address focused on what is going to be most important in searching for a future city manager.

Roberson told the audience he and the City Council have concluded what is most important in searching for a future manager are integrity, diversity, equity and inclusion, and effective staff leadership and human resources management, as well as functional and operational expertise.
